MARCHESALE SYRAH Born from a manual selection of Syrah grapes in our vineyard in Bolgheri.
Hand piked allows a first selection of grapes in the vineyard, then further
selected in the cellar through a sorting table.
Maceration with control of temperature and further fermentation in barrels.
Aging in bottle.
