Born in our vineyards of vermentino in Bolgheri from the action of Botrytis Cinerea a "noble rot" that grows on grapes by climatic conditions typical of the area, morning mists and sun in the afternoon.
La harvest is early November.
Aged 12 months in barriques and 18 in bottles.
