IL TARABUSO Born from a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in our vineyard in Bolgheri.
Manual selection allows a first selection of grapes in the vineyard, then further selected in the cellar through a sorting table.
Maceration with controlled temperature in steel vats troncoconical.
Further fermentation and aging in new barriques for 18 months.
Aging in bottle.
